The Gurudev Tagore Indian Cultural Centre (GTICC) is a Cultural Centre of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, established in Mexico City in 2010. It promotes bilateral cultural linkages between India and Mexico through education, performing arts, cultural exchange, academic collaboration and community outreach programmes.

Classes & Training
Yoga, Hindi, Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Mohiniyattam, Odissi, Sitar, Tabla, Pakhawaj, Indian Classical Music and Indian cooking classes with India-based Gurus and trainers.
Library & Learning
Library and reading room with over 5,000 books in various languages covering Indian culture, literature and related subjects.
Cultural Outreach
Regularly organises cultural programmes and provides a platform for Indian, Mexican and international artists working in performing, literary and fine arts.
Academic Collaboration
Partners with universities, government and non-government agencies, Mexican academia and media to showcase Indian culture through teachers, students and local artists.
Major International Events
India was Guest of Honour at the 46th Cervantino International Festival (Oct 2018, Guanajuato) and at the Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara (FIL) 33rd edition, 2019.
Scholarship Support
Provides guidance and assistance to students applying for ICCR Scholarship Programmes and those planning to study in India on a self-financing basis.
