Empanelment of Artists/Groups

ICCR is dedicated to sharing India’s rich artistic heritage with the world by sponsoring talented Indian performing artists to showcase their talents worldwide. To facilitate this, the Council empanels Indian artists across various disciplines, including classical and folk dance, Hindustani and Carnatic vocal, instrumental music, theatre, puppetry, and contemporary experimental arts.

Expert Sub-Committees review applications and curate a distinguished pool of talented artists across various performing arts disciplines in India. Comprising eminent experts, these committees play a crucial role in identifying and recommending the finest talent from the submissions received by the Council. From this curated pool, the Council selects artists to represent India on the global stage, showcasing the nation’s multifaceted cultural traditions through their respective art forms.
