Under this program, the Council facilitates visits by eminent academicians (Vice Chancellors/Professors) to India, allowing them to experience Indian culture and interact with institutions and audiences across the country. Leading representatives of think tanks and cultural institutions are also invited to share their insights and experiences.

The visitors' program typically includes a variety of sessions such as lectures, meetings with Vice Chancellors of Indian universities, interactions with senior bureaucrats, NGOs, and intellectuals.
