The Council hosts cultural groups from around the world, primarily under reciprocal Cultural Exchange Programmes (CEPs), creating a dynamic platform for artistic exchanges. With a mission to nurture international understanding through culture, ICCR brings foreign troupes to India, allowing audiences to witness and celebrate the rich tapestry of global traditions.
For over six decades, ICCR has illuminated India’s cultural landscape with thousands of enchanting performances, from cultural weeks to grand festivals dedicated to nations, regions, and even entire continents.
