The Regional Office in Jammu was inaugurated on 25 May 2012 by Dr. Karan Singh, President of ICCR and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha). The office represents ICCR in the region and promotes India's cultural diplomacy through artistic, educational, and cultural exchange programmes.

Cultural Exchange

The office coordinates cultural performances by visiting foreign troupes, outgoing Indian cultural delegations, distinguished visitors, exhibitions, seminars, and other ICCR initiatives.

Community Engagement

Working closely with the State Government, educational institutions, and local cultural organizations, the office regularly organizes Horizon Series programmes featuring local and ICCR-empanelled artists.
