ICCR's Regional Office in Guwahati was inaugurated on 24 August 2009 by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam. Located within the Shilpgram Complex, the office serves as a cultural hub supporting artistic collaborations and international cultural engagement across Northeast India.

Supporting Local Artists
The office works closely with local cultural organizations and regularly presents ICCR's Horizon Series, providing empanelled artists with opportunities to perform and promote India's rich cultural traditions.
International Students
The Regional Office administers ICCR scholarships and looks after the welfare of international scholarship holders as well as self-financed foreign students pursuing higher education in Assam.
