Jury

Composition of Jury: The composition of the Jury in each category will be decided by ICCR. Nomination of Indian and Internationals artists for Jury will be invited from India and various countries through Regional offices of ICCR in India, Indian Missions and Indian Culture Centres abroad.

Evaluation of Art expression: Broadly the evaluation of art expression will be - describing, analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating. The criteria of selection of best expression will be the same which is being popularly adopted in each category of art work as detailed below:

Criteria for Judging Poster: Based on the artwork submitted, the artwork will be judged based on the following elements of artistic expression:

  1. Interpretation and the clarity of the theme
  2. Creativity, uniqueness, and originality of the depicted theme
  3. Quality of artistic composition
  4. Colors and tone
  5. Overall impression of the art

Criteria for judging Painting:

  1. Beauty in art
  2. Originality and Uniqueness
  3. Innovation and Inspirational quality
  4. Conformation to the theme of the competition
  5. Overall impression and theme recall
