Determination of Winner

• The winning entry will be selected by the panel comprised of senior ICCR functionaries. The decision of ICCR Jury members will be final and binding and no claims whatsoever will be entertained.
• Entries will be judged on their visual appeal, adherence to the concept, quality of design, creativity,uniqueness, interpretation and clarity of the theme.
• The prize for the winning entry is USD 1000 for foreign participants or INR 70,000 for Indian participants.
• Winner will be notified via email and announced on the ICCR website & facebook page.
