Enrolment for online Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes/Courses for Afghan Nationals for the Academic year 2023-24 commencing from July 2023 on e-VidyaBharati (e-VB) Portal.
For capacity building in Afghanistan, India has been offering 1000 scholarships to Afghan Nationals to study UG, PG level courses in Indian Universities/Institutes with the aim to support Afghanistan as a sovereign, stable, and prosperous Afghanistan.
To continue with the policy of supporting Afghanistan, it has been decided that from the A.Y 2023-24 onwards, 1000 scholarships, annually will be offered to Afghan Nationals for online UG & PG level courses through e-VB portal: ilearn.gov.in
The scholarships will consist of Tuition/OCF fee payable to the university/institute. No stipend or any other dues will be payable. Further details are available on e-VB portal: ilearn.gov.in
